Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. ALL SALES HERE ARE FINAL, NO REFUND on video by law. Manufacturing damaged item will be exchanged with the same item. In case of delivery damage, please do not send back the merchandise, notified UPS and us upon delivery. It will be claimed UPS insurance and UPS will arrange to pick up the defected merchandise from customer for examination.
SHIPPING and HANDLIN
Shipping within US are normally sent by UPS or US Postal to ensure better tracking service. The shipping cost will be calucalted automatically. For International order, please select International Shipping at check out. It is $7.95 USDfor 1st title, e.g. $2.50 USD for each addittional title. There are numerous ways of shipping to countries other than US, like parcel air, small package air, global priority, Express Mail. All comes with different rate for differnet weight and insurance policy. Some countries are unable to put insurance on, but the others are OK. For some countries, when the weight is about 4lb, Express Mail may be even less expensive than regular Air. Under 4 lb package could only be registered if need, no insurance...We'll figure out the best way and all you need to do is to use International Shipping if you order out of US.
